For as long as I’ve tried losing weight I’ve always wanted to know how much weight you can lose in a week. But I’ve always wondered if all the fad diets that promise quick weight loss are actually worth it.
After all, do you really want to lose 10 pounds if in a few weeks it all comes back. Quick weight loss and gain is how you get stretch marks and we all know that is a big problem in itself.
So is there really a best way to lose weight that quick without having some big side effects? Well, there are things you can do to lose a little weight without seeing any big negatives.
The first is to make sure that you drink lots of water. I’ve noticed that my metabolism really speeds up when I’m hydrated. It sounds like a simple thing to do, but a lot of people overlook it.
And the second thing you can do is start walking more. If you plan it right, it won’t even feel like exercise. Where I live, I can walk down by a river and back and that takes about 30 minutes. Remember that when you’re walking, you need to walk a little faster than usual to make sure that you get your heart pumping.
